Exchange users time out or have connectivity issues

If your Exchange 2010/2013 users are timing out, reconnecting, getting errors after a certain amount of time it will be because of the built in timeout system in the Balancer.

You need to increase your Server and Client timeout values. You can do this in Balancer -> Configuration -> Default Settings. Change the server and client timeouts to 300,000 – that should solve your problem.
