I'm not getting email notifications from Snapt

Any notice that is generated on the system is automatically emailed to the admin users email address. You can set that under Setup -> User Management.

If you are still not receiving it you may need to configure an SMTP server under
Setup -> Configuration -> Email Configuration -> Email Setup. We support all the various authentication and encryption types and you just need to configure the correct settings for your environment.

There is also a test mail button available on that page.
