nginx init.d script for RedHat/CentOS

If you have a custom Nginx compile for the Accelerator on RedHat or CentOS you may need a custom init.d script. You can place this in /etc/init.d/nginx and set it to 755 with “chmod 755 /etc/init.d/nginx”

#!/bin/sh

#

# nginx - this script starts and stops the nginx daemon

#

# chkconfig:   - 85 15
